Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 2-3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Excluded Products: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. Innerwear products are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request. The funds will be credited to your original method of payment for prepaid orders, and a coupon will be issued for COD orders.
